Returns are accepted within 21 days of the delivery date for store credit only. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping charges to return the item(s) back.
All merchandise must be in NEW condition (unworn, free of fragrance, makeup, pet hair, deodorant, etc.)
How to make a return:
- Please return your item(s) to the address listed below. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
- We suggest mailing your package with a tracking number and make sure your item(s) are securely packages when sending back a return. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
- Please make sure to include your packing slip in with your return.
- Once we receive your package & the return is processed, a store credit will be issued as a gift card to the email address we have on file. Returns are usually processed within 2 days of receiving.
- Exchanges are not offered at this time.
